Evangelina and her family were so happy to receive the gift of a table and chairs for their house.The did not have any chairs and the table they had was a very rough small table that had been made by her father.
Evangelina's mother washes clothes by hand and buying a table and chairs was just impossible for her.
The father has left to find work in the city and they have not heard from him nor has he sent any money. Life is very difficult for them and this gift was a real joy for them.
