The Mini-Olympics in Solola, Guatemala.

The Mini-Olympics were held for the past three days in Solola. There were nearly 2,000 children that attended these games. It was a lot of fun for the children!
They came from schools all over the department of Solola.

It was the responsibility of the teachers from San Jorge school to supply the drinks and snacks for the 2,000 children. It was extremly difficult for the teachers to be able to provide these refreshments . Thanks to Mayan Families supporters we were able to help the teachers provide the refreshments for these children. Many of these children would have come without having eaten breakfast and would have had nothing to eat until they returned home. These snacks were a wonderful gift for the students at the Mini-Olympics! Thank you to everyone who made this possible!
