Pedro gets his new home!!!!

Thanks to the help from so many people, Pedro moved into his new home this week.

Pedro was living in a terrible situation. Ronnie , who is volunteering with Mayan Families has been focusing on the Elderly program. When she saw how he was living, she was determined to do something about it.

Ronnie has encouraged people to donate enough money to be able to pay the rent on this room for Pedro. He now has a bed, a table and chairs, a closet and a decent place to live.

Pedro was very overwhelmed by this great generosity and kindness. He fell to his knees and thanked God for this wonderful gifts.

Julio who took the photos told me that Pedro had tears in his eyes. I can understand that, I have tears in my eyes just looking at the photos and the incredible difference that has been made in Pedro's life.

Pedro thanks God for all that he has received. Thank you to everyone who has helped improve Pedro's life dramatically. It is only a simple room with the basics but to Pedro it is a palace!
