Several members of Mayan Families Canada have been visiting these past two weeks , installing stoves, giving out chickens , giving out school supplies, teaching pre-school, visiting their sponsored students.
They have also been hiking the hills and valleys of Tierra Linda. Sometimes walking an hour to a house to put in a stove.
The families who receive these stoves have been so thrilled to have them installed in their homes.!
The members of Mayan Families Canada have been happily exhausted at the end of the day, lots of good memories, lots of tired muscles, sore feet, and a few bug bites!
