The boys from the Panajachel Pre-school.

The Panajachel pre-school is participating in the parade on Friday for the younger school children.

This parade is in honor of Guatemalan Independence Day on Sept. 15. The parade in Panajachel is too big for the small children to participate so they have a special parade on Friday 11th just for the little ones.

We have provided a "uniform" of blue polo shirt and blue jeans with a black baseball cap.

As you can see one of the boys was not thrilled with the fashion choice but the others were really happy!
