Thousands face food shortages in Guatemala.

The food crisis is not just in the "dry corridor". There are food shortages all over Guatemala.
We have families coming to us daily who have nothing to eat. The hardest hit are the single mothers and the elderly.
At our three pre-schools/feeding programs we are feeding 110-120 children a day. We have noticed that some of the mothers are now bringing an older child with them and shyly asking, can that older child also have something to eat.
We will be starting the feeding program for the Elderly this week.
Any small amount that you can spare will make a difference in someone being able to have food to eat.
