Winning Soccer team!

Two of the students from the San Jorge pre-school were part of the soccer team that won the competition this week.
They were so proud of themselves!











One of the boys playing is photographed with his mother. This is the Xurek family who tragically lost their husband and father last year. The mother was left with seven little children. Thanks to the supporters of Mayan Families they have been able to have enough food to eat and have been relocated to better living conditions. Two of the Xurek boys attend the Panajachel Pre-school daily and are really enjoying being there! Winning a medal made it even more fun!
