Little Laura is receiving treatment for glaucoma. The clinic in Guatemala city is using a freezing treatment on it to reduce the swelling in her eye. She has lost the sight in her eye but the swelling needs to be reduced. She just received the treatment a few days ago and it appears to be irritating her eye. Laura's family is very poor. There were 13 of them sleeping in one tiny room. Thanks to Jody Greenlee and the wonderful group of people that she brought down with her, their house has now been increased to two rooms. They now have a cement floor rather than a dirt floor and their roof is not leaking anymore!
