Yesterday, the wonderful group of medical people who make up "Hands of Healing" headed into the cornfields of El Barranco. They were able to attend to over a 100 people. The dentist found he had many difficult cases and was not able to see all the people waiting who he had hoped to see. Some of the teeth were very rotten and fragile and took a lot of delicate work.
The team was able to take a break during the medical clinic and watch the children do a folkloric performance. This was great fun for the dancers and the audience!
Lots of people received glasses and medication. Several people have been referred for ongoing treatment. Thank you "Healing Hands" and Salud y Paz.
