Crisis at Lake Atitlan in Guatemala.

There is a terrible crisis in Lake Atitlan.
Here is a blog entry that describes what is happening in Santa Catarina Palopo.
This was repeated in villages all around the lake. People desperately spending hours trying to get the blue algae out of the lake.
People are very, very worried about how this will affect their incomes. Already the people who made money fishing are without work. Nobody will eat the fish . There have been signs put up saying no swimming, no washing clothes in the water.
